Refund policy

At Woolliot, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

* Product must be unused.

* Product must be in its original packaging.

* All tags, accessories, and invoices must be included.

Returns may not be accepted if:

* Product has been used or damaged after delivery.

* Original packaging is missing.

* Return request is made after 7 days.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, eligible refunds will be processed within 3–4 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product delivered by us, Woolliot will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise communicated.
